Roles and responsibilities
- Psychology
Researching & creating content on Mental Health and related topics, Assisting Psychologists in creating project proposals and modules for various corporate giants for collaborative prospects, Preparing learning modules with other fellow interns on various psychological concepts and related topics, Having role-plays with Psychologists, followed by feedback and mock supervision Administrative, Assisting in hiring by initial screening of CVs for eligibility and recruiting new interns/psychologists through interviews/demos, Assisting in Administrative and Front-desk related work, Scheduling appointments for clients and psychologists.
- Social Media
Designing infographics, ads, reels, resources, and much more for social media platforms and website, Marketing & outreach services on various social media platforms, and Helping with social media ideation, scheduling & posting across platforms.
